Troubleshooting
If you're having problems getting CodeGroove to work, here's where to look.
Please Read This First – Supported Browsers
CodeGroove requires an up-to-date web browser. CodeGroove officially supports:
Other web browsers may not be entirely compatible with HTML5, resulting in freezes, loading problems, slow performance, graphical glitches, and lagged or missing audio, amongst other issues.
We recommend you install or upgrade to the latest version of one of the browsers above and try again.
Mobile and Tablet Devices
CodeGroove currently doesn't work fully on mobile and tablet devices.
Display Issues
CodeGroove requires a screen resolution of at least 1024 × 768.
If CodeGroove looks like it's being displayed incorrectly, you should check that your web browser is set to the default zoom level:
- In your browser, click the menu icon. It may look like one of the following:

- Look for Zoom in the menu and set it to 100%.
- If you can't find a menu icon, look for a View option on the menu bar. Otherwise, search online for your browser's zoom options.
You may need to close and restart CodeGroove after making this change.
